As the Accounts Assistant you will be trained and mentored to expand your skills and gain valuable finance experience.
Here is what a typical day will look like:
- Purchase Ledger - Inputting Invoices, payments, reconciling statements, Reviewing regularly.
- Sales Ledger - Raising Customer Invoices, posting receipts and reconciliations with Finance and card Statements.
- Customer Card Refunds
- Activating Customer Finance applications
- Dealing with Purchase ledger, sales ledger & Engineer Account Queries
- Credit cards - Posting receipts and reconciling.
- Assistance with other tasks when needed
