Team Leader/Senior Consultant - Leadership Development & Assessment (French or German speaking) - London

Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of a global, values driven leadership development & assessment consultancy based in Central London. A rare position has become available to join the well-established consulting team as Team Leader/Senior Consultant f(French or German speaking) focusing on largely leadership development programmes across the UK & Europe, with some assessment projects also.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • People management of 3 direct reports in the UK, as well as close collaboration with colleagues in France & Germany
  • Design and delivery of leadership development, coaching and assessment projects for clients on a large scale
  • Contributing to business development - needs scoping, writing winning proposals and leading pitches (working with sales team)
  • account management

Person specification:

  • Experienced senior/principal consultant/manager in a leadership/HR advisory firm (Some in-house experience would be desirable too)
  • Fluent in either French or German
  • People management experience or a desire to be a people manager - in that case perhaps lead large projects for clients
  • Evidence of design and delivery world class leadership development, coaching and some assessment programmes on a large, global scale
  • Resilient, able to 'roll up sleeves' as well as lead strategic work
  • Commercial mindset, able to see the bigger picture
  • Degree educated or perhaps MSc/MA
  • Flexible to travel in the UK and some EU
