I am working with a specialised learning consultancy as they look to bring on board a Simulation Consultant who will deliver simulations training globally.

My client is a simulation specialist organisation, delivering training to a range of organisations across a breadth of industries. They design, build and deliver the simulation training and do this to assist organisations educate employees and inspire change to help drive business success. Not only to they deliver these training sessions globally, but they also support their partner organisations in the running of the simulations and delivery. Typical clients are "blue chip" organisations who seek the assistance in driving engagement & culture change through digital transformation.

This position is perfect for an experienced trainer, who loves to travel and deliver engaging training solutions to professionals and businesses. When travelling you will roughly be away for a week at a time as the training sessions last for a full day and you'd be expected to deliver 2-3 of these when with a client. Further to delivering the training, whilst on client site you will be expected to engage with the client and find out more about how the training is used there, why they are using this specific type of training and expansions you can look at across their business.

Further to the client engagement and solution delivery, this position requires someone who will be involved in solution design and development as well. This does include supporting the project scope meetings to define the requirement and timeline as well as participating in solution design calls too. Researching solutions is a big part of this role as well as contributing to game design.

The travel of this role is post COVID, they have worked on virtual delivery methods for the duration of the pandemic so can operate virtually and due to this as a business have never been in a busier position.
