I am working with a large blue-chip corporation who are looking to bring on board a hands on experienced sales professional to join their team as a Senior Sales Specialist.


This organisation are industry leaders in a variety of market areas and are currently expanding. They are an organisation that are fortunate enough to be comfortable despite the global pandemic that has swept across the world. The specific arm of the business where this opportunity falls into is specifically around helping start ups grow and expand by sponsoring them and selling in their services to organisations that are current customers as well as new businesses too.

This specific role requires a professional who's experienced in selling learning experience platforms and operates at a senior level in doing so. This experience is an absolute necessity for this position to effectively manage the start up account and help expand effectively into other organisations across a variety of industries and verticals. Though an experienced head is required, you must be happy and comfortable in still being stuck in with account management, business development & lead generation. This does offer a highly competitive salary with a double OTE as well.

In terms of your sales style, this is a great position for a consultative sales professional who aims to understand client organisations and their pain points initially to then be able to effectively sell in a solution that will alleviate any of those points. This helps not only with being effective in delivering an appropriate solution but also enhances the relationship between the businesses to help increase the potential for future sales as well.
