I am working with one of the leading learning technology consultancies in the UK as they look to expand by bringing on board a Senior Learning Designer.

They are a consultancy who have constantly been at the cutting edge of learning content development for many years now and are looking for another innovative professional to help lead the designers on projects in the creation of industry leading courses. Their clientele include niche consultancies, global blue chip corporations and the most impressive thing about their clientele list is they have a 98% recommendation rate from their customers. Also, they are a mutli award winning division and are consistantly in the top 100 best companies to work for.

The type of Senior Learning Designer they are looking for is one that can take ownership of the kick off meetings to help define and map the journey of the learner and the expectations within each course from the clients standpoint. You will be expected to provide regular updates to the project managers about the production of the content, creating and maintaining specific project documentation to assist with this. Furthermore you will maintain regular contact with the client about the build of the course, asking any further quetions as and when required to be able to provide full briefs to the rest of the team. You will also have ownership for the quality of learning design for the projects you are associated with.
