Woodrow Mercer seeks a Senior Learning Consultant for a leading Learning Technologies firm in the UK.
I am working with one of the leading learning consultancies in the UK who are not only in the Sunday Times top 100 employers but also someone who has over 90% retention rate with their clientele. Passion is the heart of this organisation and providing a full consultative service to enterprise clients nationally. The Learning Consultants are the specialists aligning client needs, business goals and learning strategy to provide the best service to customers.
You will be involved with the management of between 25-30 customers and will be responsible for managing and servicing the account, achieving a minimum yearly target of £250,000 of up-selling business. A background within eLearning / Learning Technologies or Education Management would be preferred but SaaS experience would also add value to your profile. You will also be involved with up-skilling customers in terms of products included management systems and development tools.
