Senior Developer

About the role:

A position sitting within a large modern highly technical team. A great opportunity for a tech passionate individual who wants to broaden their skill set by working with some of the most modern technologies ranging from Sitecore to cloud based solutions, modern collaboration tools, hosting, micro services etc. You will be responsible for the whole development process from design, development, testing and implementations.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle from system design to development on a range of web applications using ASP.Net Web Forms, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API etc.
  • Being a part of Sitecore implementations/ upgrades
  • Maintaining a Sitecore database and utilising it how best for the business
  • Cloud migrations/ implementations
  • Managing/ maximising existing frameworks to plan and deploying changes to utilise the capability
  • Assist in troubleshooting
  • Part of tool/ technology selection
  • Review code

Other Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Providing technical expertise and recommendations
  • Producing technical documentation
  • Mentoring junior engineers

Experience required:

  • 5+ years' experience of development using Microsoft ASP.Net technologies
