As Sales Ledger you will be responsible for proactively managing the sales ledger and monitoring fraud and risk. Based in Huddersfield you will be reporting into the Payment & Collections Manager.
A typical day looks like:
- Sending Statements of Accounts to International Partners & Domestic Customers and maintaining the cash flow forecast
- You will set up new customer accounts and maintain existing account details within the sales ledger and chase any invoices that are due for payment
- You will monitor, assess and manage payments created both online and over the phone
- You will support the Customer Care department with customer payment queries.
- You will be dealing with stakeholders and customers on a global basis.
- You must have strong attention to detail with the combined ability to work at speed as you will be ensuring that accounts are well maintained, kept up-to-date, and any queries are chased.
