Here's what a typical day will look like:
- Perform the verification & reconciliation of all balance sheet clearing accounts
- Reconcile statements/ receipts received from payment methods to sales transactions & any anomalies rectified in a timely manner
- Ensure that the recording of receipts is accurate and that the business receives all monies due
- Analysing & manipulating data from numerous sources and see any issues through to resolution
- Ensuring high attention to detail is maintained
Is this you?
- Previous experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent Excel Skills (VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables experience)
- The ability to work to tight deadlines within a highly pressured environment
- Is methodical and process driven
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Is tenacious, disciplined and focused
