Job Description

My client a successful leading organisation based in South Bradford is looking to appoint a Dutch speaking Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis due to a transition from Europe to the Bradford office. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the transition phase.

You will be responsible for;

  • Book supplier invoices
  • Process payment runs
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Deal with all incoming vendor queries
  • Reconcile vendor statements and obtain copies of any outstanding invoices and correct any anomalies between our system and vendor's statement
  • Dispute resolution
  • Query management
  • Checking purchase ledger invoices
  • Coding invoices for checking
  • Matching to delivery notes
  • Issue sales invoices
  • Posting invoices
  • Analysis and reconciliation of Accounts

Essential criteria;

  • Must be fluent Dutch and English speaking
  • Good Excel skills essential
  • Experience within purchase ledger is ESSENTIAL
  • Good data entry skills are required

Remuneration package:

  • Salary £20,000-£23,000
  • Free on site parking
