Job Description

Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an exciting permanent opportunity, working for a market leading business based in Warwick.

Hours: 37.5 hour working week with flexibilty if required. Parking is available on-site and the client are accessible by public transport.

duties will include:

  • Managing and resolving internal and external queries
  • setting up new suppliers
  • statement reconciliations
  • Inputting data on to MS Excel
  • Assisting with ad-hoc accountancy duties
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices

The sucessful candidate will have:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience
  • MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables & v-lookups)
