Job Description

Are you an experienced in Accounts Payable? Do you have a good working knowledge of Spreadsheets?

My client based in East Leeds are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their close-knit finance team. Salary offering £19,500.

Here's what a typical day will look like:

  • Filing Delivery Tickets
  • Matching invoices with Delivery tickets
  • Obtaining Tickets from supplier websites
  • Book in Goods from Site
  • Scan Invoices and Delivery tickets
  • Process Invoices
  • Supplier Queries
  • Logging Queries on spreadsheets
  • Work Closely with the buying departments
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Processing of Utility Invoices

Is this you?

  • 2 years+ experience within Accounts Payable
  • Excel skills desired but not essential
  • COINS experience desired but essential
  • Ability to work well as a team
