Job Description

You will be working as a Purchase Ledger Assistant. Based in South Bradford with no extra costs for parking. Salary wise they are offering £20,000 - £22,000.

Here's what a typical day will look like:

  • Processing supplier invoices for all Business Units - matching against Purchase Orders & raising queries with the Purchasing Teams
  • Processing Sub Contractor payment notices for all Business Units - liaising closely with the QS Admin teams
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Creditors ledger maintenance to high standards
  • Daily interaction with suppliers dealing with payment enquiries & invoice queries
  • Yearend assistance with audit requests
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Additional duties appropriate to the successful candidate's skill and knowledge

Is this you?

  • Strong Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role
