Job Description

Are you having to rely on public transport, adding hours to your working day due to no parking? Make life easier for you - our client offers free parking. Fancy working for a company that really values its employees and free bacon butties on a Friday? You'll be based in Cleckheaton and helping out in the Purchase Ledger team for a minimum of nine months - fixed term with a strong possibility this will become permanent.

Here's what a typical day looks like:

  • Book supplier invoices
  • Process payment runs
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Deal with all incoming vendor queries
  • Reconcile vendor statements and obtain copies of any outstanding invoices and correct any anomalies between our system and vendor's statement
  • Dispute resolution
  • Query management
  • Checking the purchase ledger invoices
  • Coding invoices for checking
  • Matching to delivery notes
  • Issue sales invoices
  • Posting invoices
  • Analysis and reconciliation of Accounts

Here's the two bits we need:

  • SAP knowledge - desirable
  • Immediately available to start or on a weeks notice
