Job Description

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant and feeling under valued? Well please read on, you'll be based in Morley and working for a fantastic business.

Here's what a typical day looks like;

Day-to-day management and reconciliation of the purchase ledger for both UK and overseas suppliers, ensuring supplier invoices are recorded, matched to purchase orders, authorised and paid and the supplier accounts reconciled each month. The position also plays a key role in feeding into the company cash flow forecast.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a drive to get the job done to the best of their ability, along with exceptional administrative skills. The role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies where possible

Remuneration package;

  • Salary £18,000 - £22,000
  • Hours 8.30am-5.00pm
  • Free on site parking
  • Full study support towards the AAT
  • 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
