I am working with a global FTSE 250 organisation as they look to bring on board a Product Manager.

The organisation I'm working with have several organisations together which operate in the learning industry and this role sits within one specific company who delivery qualifications in industry best practice like Prince 2 for example. They are leaders in this field and have been for a number of years, developing a community of leading practitioners, academics and respective industry thought leaders to ensure qualifications and training quals are the at the pinnacle of industry need and allowing those who complete the courses to be equipped to work at the top of their levels.

You are going to be responsible for the success of key products relating to the global IT portfolio, specifically the ITIL qualification. As a Product Manager you are going to be someone who will create best practice IP & course guidance to assist learners as well as managing various channels. This role is not a digital product management position but experience within digital product management is good to have but you must have had commercial exposure.

You'll be managing the entire product life-cycle and as part of this you need to be very customer centric with your approach to ensure that everything included in the qualification is up to industry best practice and incorporates all necessary information for learners to maximise results. There needs to be a huge emphasis put on your attention to detail and this includes understanding how to test the product, set up the testing and design it as well.
