Principal Product Designer

I'm currently looking for a Principal Designer (Product, UX, UI) to work within a large consultancy who are continuing to grow. Their clients and teams will look up to you as a true expert. This role will also be hands on!

In order to be a successful candidate you are required to have the following skillset:

-A problem solver that isn't afraid to try new things

-Extensive experience within Product Design , UX, and UI

-Experience of leading teams , clients and proposals

-Extremely energetic and able to operate in high pressure situations and deliver to an expectational standard

-You will have had experience of working with all types of software from - Adobe creative suite , sketch , InVision and many more

-Always ready for a new challenge and is a team player

Your day to day activities will include the following:

-Collaborate with your team to deliver blended solutions of Research and Strategy, Service Design and Product Design

-Work with the Director of Design in order to grown and develop the team

-Bring the latest and best thinking round approach and methodology to all of your clients

-You will be line managing a number of designers from junior to lead level
