Post Sales Engineer (Boston)
Pre-IPO Cyber Security vendor who offer Email and File transfer solutions. They are expanding the team after series C funding and have grown more than 100% last year.
This role represents a great opportunity to help shape the growth of the business, born out of Europe, they are backed by a Venture Capital firm expanding into the US.
- Attend existing customer meetings and presentations alongside Sales colleagues
- Ensure products are meeting the customer's expectations
- Provide advice and assistance in the delivery, installation, deployment, maintenance and use of my client's technology in their environments
- Analyse, evaluate and monitor network infrastructure and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Manage new and existing customer relationships within the SMB and Enterprise market, implementing new systems and providing post-sales support
- 3+ years IT security experience with a preference for; Email, File transfer or Firewall solutions
- Experience in a pre or post sales capacity, within the cyber security industry
- Core understanding of Windows, Mac and mobile platforms
- Happy to travel up to 20%
Offering $90K base + $25K bonus (dependent on the individual's experience) + Benefits Supplement of $10,000 per year to purchase Health, Dental, Vision and other insurance plans + 401K
