Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for one of our clients based in Boroughbridge for a part time Purchase Ledger Assistant. You will work closely with one other Purchase ledger Assistant, reporting into the Financial Controller.

Duties involve:

  • Match, batch and coding invoices onto Pegasus Opera.
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Daily banking
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers over invoice queries
  • Responsible for payments via Bacs
  • Month end duties

Essential criteria:

  • Must be self motivated and be able to work independently
  • Must have experience of working within a similar role
  • Good Excel Skills

Renumeration package:

  • Full time equivalent £22,000
  • 4 days a week or school hours - flexible
  • Free on site parking
