Band 5 Complaints Handler

Remote Working

£190 - £200 per day - Outside IR35

Woodrow Mercer have been working with several NHS clients to bring to you new roles alongside our partner consultancy, Mprove; working on our Exclusive staffing projects which promise exclusive day rates and lengthy contracts for our contractors.

We have successfully made several developments within our projects across the UK where we have been given the go-ahead to staff several requirements within the next couple of months. These contracts, as are through our consultancy, are all determined Outside of the IR35 and can facilitate 6-12-month contracts for all our complaints handlers

We are looking for complaints handlers who have experience working within CCG's/CSU's to join our Continuing Healthcare teams to handle the complaints process. The suitable candidate may not necessarily have previous experience within CHC as training will be provided, however previous experience in this is highly desirable.

To be involved, you must have this experience at the minimum:

  • Recent Complaints handling experience
  • Experience working within a CCG or the NHS
  • Ability to work full time remotely
  • Must have own laptop + phone (Will not be provided)

Skills that are favourable include:

  • Previous experience working in Continuing Healthcare
