About the company:

We're a fast-growing business that sells to educational institutions, globally. The world's leading education platform in their sector. We currently have thousands of Secondary schools, colleges and universities in over 50 countries subscribing to the platform. All NBE's look after a territory in the UK and the US (1/3rd of our customer base is in the US). There are over a million potential customers, globally, with the majority of them having English as a first or strong second language, so our target market is huge! We are currently opening offices all over the world and are internationally expanding.

We sell exclusively over the phone. The key metrics are calls, pitches, demos and deals. Our aim is to grow the customer base to 10,000 and beyond in the next few years! And we need great sales people to do that!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed revenue target
  • Manages full sales cycle including closing deals
  • Meeting KPIs
  • Setting up clients on back-end
  • Tracking on a CRM system
  • An end to end sales role including:
  • Researching and prospecting own leads
  • Pitching
  • Negotiating
  • Closing

Skills and experience required:

  • 2+ years' experience in a short sales cycle role (1-6 weeks to close)
  • Experience of working in a high-volume call environment
  • Proven record of meeting/ exceeding all sales targets
  • Experience of selling in to Education bodies would be advantageous

Package:

£25,000- £30,000 salary

Uncapped commission (realistic OTE of £11,000 in first year)
