Managed Print Service Desk Manager
Woodrow Mercer are looking to recruit a Managed Print Service Desk Manager to join a fast growth document solutions organisation based in Southampton.
You will responsible for providing excellent customer support to the organisations customer base, as well as build and mentor a successful team.
Your responsibilities will include providing installation, software and hardware support as required to engineers across the company's client base. The support will be on our solutions portfolio (Print Management and Information Management) along with the software's relating to our hardware offerings. You will also be responsible for all support issues arising from Pre-Sales to post sales implementation.
The Successful Candidate
You will have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. Although mainly office based, occasional travel to customers sites will be required.
You must have experience of installing and maintaining print solutions (ie: safecom, equitrac, papercut etc) - Please note that if you do not have this experience then we will be unable to consider your application on this occasion.
