Job Description

Woodrow Mercer are currently supporting a magic circle law firm who require the support of an LMS Co-Ordinator to work alongside their LMS Consultant for an initial 2 month period.

The role of the Co-Ordinator requires someone who is an experienced system administrator, as you will be advising and developing best practice and supporting their Global Administrators who use the system on a day to day basis. Other regular day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Raising support cases with the vendor
  • Helping to troubleshoot issues that arise in the system
  • Running reports and assisting in the roll out of mobile learning
  • You will also be involved in testing new functionality as system releases take place

Key skills required for the role include:

  • Advanced / expert knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables etc)
  • Previous experience of working with Learning Management Systems, preferably Sum Total
  • Experience of testing new releases / functionality in a stage environment before end release to end users
  • Excellent sustomer service as you'll be supporting Global Administrators and end users
  • Problem-solving skills, with a curiosity and tenacity to resolve issues
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently, as well a part of a team
  • HTML skills would be a benefit
