Learning Support Technician

I'm currently recruiting for a Learning Support Technician to work for a video production/ digital learning agency. They are famous for delivering corporate training in an entertaining and memorable way.
What is required of you?
- Experience working in a busy Helpdesk environment
- Experience of logging & updating calls in a service desk management system, making sure actions, communications, and resolutions are recorded accurately
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly and helpful with customers
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
What will your day to day look like?
- Logging and resolving incidents and tasks in Zendesk
- Liaising with clients via phone and email
- Run webinars on using platform admin functions
- Video watermarking
- Streaming site creation and maintenance
