Job Description

Learning Developer, eLearning Developer, Digital, Innovative, Articulate Storyline, Project Management, Marketing, Content Engagement, Audio/Video Production, Intuitive, Adobe CC, Content Development, Technically Astute

I am working with a renowned organisation in the expansion of their innovative digital team who are looking for 2x Learning Solution Developers.

The organisation has gone through a recent re-structure and now are looking to expand their learning offering to provide engaging, intuitive and innovative learning content. With little to no red tape in the business, the ability to be creative is supported heavily and moving forward this is what they would like to see from successful professionals. When projects arise, they assemble the best team for the job, working on as many as 5 projects at any one time. Collaboration is at the heart of this learning team so if you love to engage, bounce ideas off and work with leading professionals then this could be the opportunity that you have been searching for.

As a Learning Solutions Developer you will be at the heart of course development for the learning teams when working on projects, looking at not only utilising Articulate Rise & 360 but at wider technologies that can produce effective and engaging learning. This is not a role for someone who looks to just develop content in Articulate but for someone who wants to look outside of the industry practices and wants to utilise methodologies and technologies that increase engagement and innovation. You will be collaborating with the Learning Design Lead and Media Developers on a variety of projects so having good project management and team engagement skills are a necessity. Producing audio and video content as well is important and having a creative mindset to engage not only technology but the learner as well.
