I am working with a growing consultancy in London who currently seek an end to end Learning Experience Designer to join them permanently.


This is an organisation with an impressive portfolio of clientele from global technology leaders, blue chip corporations, niche consultancies and start-up businesses. They are a company that focus on the training within the digital skills market specifically, something which has become an absolute necessity for most job roles since the pandemic started last year and remote working came to the forefront. They are an organisation that help their staff grow and develop by working with you to define your career path within the business as well as assisting you gain any qualifications along the way through learning loans and more.

The role resides within my clients content development team and requires a mid-level Learning Experience Designer to be able to create engaging and meaningful learning from start to finish. This is perfect for someone looking for more autonomy and freedom within their next position and who wants to be involved within an organisation who are growing and where everyone shares an incredible passion for learning and training.

You'll be using a variety of tools to create learning content so what is most important will be the ability to build relationships quickly, decipher the needs and expectations from the client and devise a solution that meets those needs. When conceptualising ideas, always have the learner at the heart of what you do to maximise engagement and ultimately the knowledge being taken away from the course.
