I am working with an Education Management consultancy in the Warwickshire area who are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to come on board.

The organisation have been established for over 50 years and in that timeframe have developed strong relationships with global clientele. They offer leadership development training to a wide range of private and public sector organisations from start ups to multinationals. What is at the heart of all of their training courses is the learner journey, how that can be made an engaging and how innovative the journey can be.

The role itself requires you to be involved with the evolution of the content development strategy for blended courses and help with governance in respect of the quality control, the accuracy of the content/relevancy checking and updating courses. You need to be strong on writing content as this is essential for creating and developing a guided learner journey. You will be coordinating development of videos as well as researching innovations and market trends to make sure the content is engaging and up to date.
