Woodrow Mercer is currently seeking a Learning Designer for a Sunday times top 100 employer in Berkshire.
They are seeking someone with good experience and knowledge of Learning Theories and pedagogies to come on board in their expanding digital learning team. Experience with Soft Skills and behavioural skills training is going to be prefereable over technincal skills as there won't be much technical training being produced in the role. A consultancy environment would also be preferable.
You will need to be up to date with Market trends in this position and keep an ear to the ground in regards to digital innovations and technologies. Also you will be required to collaborate with the Learning Technologist in the design and development of innovative Learning courses. Furhtermore you will be required to liaise with key stakeholders and discuss the strategy around each course, the content going in and the best approach to take. Collaboration with different teams across the business including the likes of Business Development is also required.
