Woodrow Mercer seeks a Learning Designer for a learning consultancy based in the London area.
My client are a company dedicated to training their clientele on skills within the digital arena. This is a market which is universal and there are constantly new technologies, digital applications and products being produced so the niche they have found is booming. They specialise in creating learning which will be delivered face to face and will up skill the target audience in terms of their digital literacy and capabilities. Having doubled in team size and profits over the last year alone it is also an exciting period of growth for the company, providing a good culture with plentiful of progressing opportunities for the successful candidate.
The role will be focused on designing content that will be delivered face to face. Although you won't be delivering the training yourself it would be highly attractive to my client and beneficial if you have been in a position of facilitation and delivery previously. You will need to be detailed and meticulous when making points for the trainer to understand as well as making it clear, concise and understandable from a learners perspective. The learner has to be at the heart of all content you produce. You will also be required to quality assure the training as well and make sure the deliverables and message of the courses are adhered to.
