I am currently working with a 2-year running, Sunday Times top 100 employer to recruit a Learning Consultant for their Glasgow office.
The company are 13 years old and already have made an incredible impact within the digital learning industry with their market leading products including an LMS, Off the shelf content, the ability to change the off-the-shelf content and more. They are a business that have grown organically but have also made smart investments in the acquisition of other organisations. Not only are they recognised for staff retention but customer retention as well with 98& retention rate. They also invest heavily in their staff and assist with both personal/professional development.
The role of Learning Consultant is one which requires the knowledge of content creation but also someone comfortable in a sales role. You will advise the customers on the product offerings that can benefit needs in their businesses and if they buy the products, you will guide them on its uses and applications. Alongside the induction on the products you will identify up-selling opportunities and again, advise the organisations on how you can assist them accordingly. Market knowledge will also be imperative and identifying new areas of technological developments to assist with current and future products.
