Learning & Development Officer (L&D) - Essex - Woodrow Mercer
Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of an exciting, fast paced technology distributor based in West Essex. Due to growth in their established L&D and talent function, a brand-new role has become available for an L&D Officer to join them at their offices in Essex on permanent basis.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will contribute to the team objectives by:
- identifying training needs of new and existing employees
- engaging with stakeholders making recommendations for courses and advising on performance management/appraisals/development plans with managers
- leading training delivery of L&D programmes around inductions/onboarding, systems, customer service and sales training as well as management development modules.
Candidates should be experienced facilitators, able to deliver a wide range of topics in an interactive, engaging style to all levels and departments of the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced trainer or junior L&D Officer who has experience delivering training, that wants a role to stretch their abilities.
