I am working with a specialist learning consultancy in London who are currently looking for an L&D Coordinator to come on board, assisting with the Coordination of learning courses and guiding users along their journey.

My client is a leading specialist in communication learning, working on elocution, accent softening, annunciation and much more. They have experience of working with individuals and their own needs and expectations as well as blue chip corporations and FTSE 100 companies, adding a huge amount of variation to the needs and expectations from their clientele. They are a growing organisation providing the chance to not only gain invaluable experience within a consultancy environment but also developing within the L&D arm of the business to help push and develop your own career.

They seek a professional who wants to grow and develop within an organisation but who has exceptional organisation, communication and coordination skills. This role has an element of project management incorporated which all these skills will benefit but in order to keep up with the main responsibilities areas it is essential that you are confident in your ability across those three soft skills.

The main responsibilities include reporting & marketing, curriculum & course management as well as course & client coordination. Reporting & marketing includes measuring the success of the course and tracking the revenue & profit for the courses. In terms of the curriculum & course management include working with marketing and the CEO to ensure quality checks are effective and that the any changes are made. You will be hands on with script changes and also in the creation of new courses too.
