The role:

• Work with clients and directors to design and deliver leadership development initiatives along with wider talent, OD, culture and engagement programmes
• Create digital, tech enabled and blended L&D experiences for a variety of organisations
• Scope consulting requirements with senior team members
• Built lasting relationships with clients

About you:

You will have spent time within a people consulting business, designing and facilitating leadership development, L&D experiences ideally with some wider talent, OD and engagement programmes for clients with a virtual and tech enabled focus. You will be driven, tech-savvy, credible and able to work with clients to create and execute programmes. A relevant degree, MSc or professional qualifications is desirable.
