A new position has become available for a lead consultant to join their management team on a permanent basis, working with consultants and their enviable roster of clients. You will spearhead client relationship management, account development and generate new business opportunities, as well as collaborate with the team on bespoke design of a range of performance, leadership, strengths, wellbeing and development programmes for F2F or virtual delivery.
Required experience, skills and behaviours:
Minimum 4 years post grad professional experience – degrees ideally in psychology, HR, organisation behaviour etc
Time served in a talent consulting business
Experience leading client projects and teams around topics such as wellbeing, positive psychology, strengths, leadership and wellness
Track record of managing accounts: building and maintaining client relationships as well as generating brand new business opportunities and sources of revenue
Capabilities in bespoke design for F2F or virtual
Delivery and facilitation for F2F or virtual
A collaborative team player
