  • Be the key point of contact for the clients and to "own" the relationship, maximising the customer value from the use of products / services ensuring SLAs are met, high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved, and revenues generated
  • Take a lead role working with the Head of software support to plan Client support activities and manage 2-3 junior support members within the Client services team.
  • Working cross functionally within the organisation to assist in delivery of internal & client projects
  • Provide high-level product consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training
  • Become the customer advocate within. Coordinate product / service requests to ensure customers' needs are heard and met internally
  • Microsoft Windows platforms ensuring support documentation is up to date
  • Undertake technical pre-sales work, assisting Sales Managers in translating complex requirements into workable solutions

  • Practical experience of supporting / troubleshooting complex web application / web server-based software products
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server platform which includes Query writing / admin tools / performance analysis within the management studio
  • Experience of IIS including good understanding of windows servers
  • Understanding of networking / infrastructure
  • Microsoft Azure exposure or an equivalent hosting platform
  • Experience with Windows 7 / Windows server 2012 and above
  • Experience with MS Office applications, in particular Excel
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise and deliver multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and the ability to pick up knowledge quickly with a natural curiosity and desire to solve problems
