Woodrow Mercer have been engaged to recruit an experienced ITIL Problem and Major Incident Manager to work for an award-winning and reputable organisation in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

An experienced Major Incident and Problem Manager, you will be someone who has experience of handling SLAs and KPIs to help mature IT processes and procedures.

Excellent knowledge of ITIL Service/Incident/Problem Management (ITIL Version 3) would be advantageous.

  • Implementing and maintaining the Problem Management Policy/Framework
  • Providing trend and root cause analysis of recurring incidents, as well as aiding technical investigation of Problems to expedite resolution
  • Providing relationship management across all internal and external support functions to achieve improved Incident and Problem resolution
  • Experience of running Major Incidents, delivering Post Incident Reviews (PIR) and Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

What's on offer

Basic salary between £23,000 - £25,000 pa. (dependent on experience)

Pension - 5%
