We are working with a Daventry based firm who are recruiting an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team to focus solely on the Transport service offerings. You will be responsible for stabilising and managing the end to end technology service offering across all company distribution facilities. You'll map out technology layers across infrastructure, software and hardware providing key DC functions (Picking, Packing, Intake, Allocations, etc.). You'll work with functional specialists to understand performance targets and trends, measuring and reporting on SLA's and KPI's, identifying target areas of stabilisation and steps for prevention to improve availability. You'll run frequent Performance Reviews with Technology / Business (DC teams) to discuss and track the technology service availability, KPIs and stabilisation actions. You'll engage with critical change approvals, negotiate supplier contracts and create technology stabilisation and service improvement plans.
You'll possess proven experience of working to ITIL processes, strong technical skills and expertise in IT Service Management of an Enterprise level IT stack including Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems and wider ERP. You'll have proven experience in leading IT Service Stabilisation, change management and a track record of monitoring technologies and its use to identify issues before it becomes customer impacting.
