My successful client based in Moortown who specialises within the cosmetic industry are looking to appoint an Interim Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant, the role will be ongoing interim to cover sickness leave.
You will be responsible for:
- Match, batch and coding high volume invoices
- Issuing and raising purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers over queries
- Statement reconciliations
- Payments via BACS
- Assisting with month end duties
- Must be available to start immediately or on a week's notice
- Must have experience within a similar role
- Free onsite parking
- On going interim to cover sickness
- 3- 4 days - flexible on days / hours
