An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading services organisation for an Payroll Assistant based in their head office in Leeds City Centre and the role will on an interim basis ongoing. This is a great opportunity to work for a vibrant company in plush offices.
You will be responsible for;
- Assisting with processing monthly payroll
- Completing month end reconciliations
- Processing expenses and company credit card claims
- Monitoring emails
- Maintain expenses system (adding starters/removing leavers/updating location settings)
- Other adhoc tasks as and when required
- Sage experience is desirable
- Relevant experience of working within a Payroll administration role is essential
- Must be self-motivated and be able to prioritise own workload
- £18K - £20K per annum
