Job Description

Learning Design, Instructional Design, eLearning Design, Learning Technologies, eLearning, Consulting, eLearning Consultant, Learning Consultant, eLearning Development, Learning Needs Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Relationship Management, Script Writing, Storyboarding, Project Management, Communication, Organisation, Writing, Client Liaison

I am working with a fantastic eLearning Consultancy in London who are looking for 3x Instructional Designers. Location is not of great importance, if you are elsewhere in the UK this is an organisation that can and will support remote working but if you are closer to London this is a bonus.

My client is a well-established consultancy who work with organisations globally across a multitude of different verticals and market sectors in the creation of innovative and thought leading learning content. This is an organisation that not only have an incredible amount of work coming in as well as a strong brand name but are a growing organisation who will open doors for your personal development.

The content that they create is varied including eLearning, Blended Learning, video content, animations, quizzes, gamification and off the shelf content with an LMS. The variety of this content means that you will never be doing the same thing twice and have the chance to be creative and innovative with your approach to each individual project.

The role is focussing on pure Instructional Design, they have an internal development team that are going to be looking at the content creation but in terms of the conceptualising of ideas, storyboarding and script writing this is all you. Confidence in conducting a thorough learning needs analysis is a must have to know exactly why the client needs this learning, how to deliver it and what the key bits of content are that must be included.
