The purpose of the role is to liaise with the academics in the university (and/or SME's) to help create innovative and engaging content for the university. You will be reporting into the project co-ordinator for the FTC and you need a solid understanding of pedagogy to be able to in-put best practice and approaches to ensure that the courses adhere to requirements and expectations whilst still being innovative and engaging. A thorough understanding of Instructional Design principals is needed to advise on approaches and you must have strong writing skills to look at scripts and storyboards ensuring quality levels are met.
