Woodrow Mercer is currently seeking an Instructional Designer in the Gloucestershire area for a FTSE 100 organistation currently expanding their internal learning academy.

The organisation are market leaders within their field and are currently investing and expanding in the digital learning offering that they can provide. With the expansion in mind and a global training offering which needs to be provided there is not only a plethora of exciting projects to undertake if successful but there are also career progression opportunities for the successful applicant.

For your application to be considered you MUST have experience with Articulate Storyline. You will be conducting end to end design and development in the production of training courses which includes storyboarding, scriptwriting, training needs analysis, storyline development and the uploading of courses to the system when needed. You need to be familiar with different learning theories and pedagogy's alongside the use of different Instructional Design methodologies as well.
