HR Mergers & Acquisitions (HR M&As) - Manager - Woodrow Mercer - London
Woodrow Mercer are recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm, who are going through significant growth in their specialist HR M&A consulting team.
Working with clients from all sectors in the UK as well as overseas on occasions, you will advise around the complex HR and people issues around M&As, transitions and separations of business deals.
Joining the team at manager level you will be responsible for mapping out and designing changes for clients around HR M&As, due diligence, TUPEs, restructures, organisation design, HR systems, payroll, reward and more.
Candidates should be experienced in some of the following:
- HR M&As
- HR Due diligence of deals and people issues relating to them
- Data analysis and reporting findings
- TUPEs, organisation design and restructures (ideally some in a union environment)
- HR systems
