Job Description

HR Administrator

Duties:

Working on some HR projects including:

  • Maintaining internal records such as sickness etc
  • Deal with employee HR issues
  • Understand HR policies and implement them
  • Answer employee questions on HR issues
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts etc.

Admin duties including:

  • Assist with payroll
  • Filing reports
  • Running reports on Excel
  • Uploading details to Excel
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare Documents
  • Answer customer phone calls
  • Distribute phone calls
  • Have communication with external partners for example insurance etc
