I am working with the UK branch of a leading professional training & coaching firm who are looking for a Head of Sales to manage the current sales team and help them build on what is currently an astounding client portfolio.
This is a position that lies within an organisation who specialise in assisting clientele with professional development training by providing engaging and innovative L&D solutions. These solutions are typically blended learning pieces but there are instances where training is fully digital or face to face, dependant on the client expectations and requirements. The training provided can be fully correspondent with the workplace, meaning it is easily transferable and relatable to each individual taking part. This is an organisation that has been a global player in training provisions since the early 90s. Clients that work with them include multinational blue chip organisations as well as small to medium enterprises that cover a multitude of sectors. Annually training a quarter of a million professionals across 50 countries, they have developed an exceptional brand which you, as the Head of Sales, would be representing and helping push to higher levels.
The role itself requires a hungry sales professional with either a strong background within selling blended learning solutions or someone who can showcase a deep interest in L&D and the training of staff. You will be coming on board as a line manager to the rest of the team to ensure that their targets and the teams targets are being hit regularly so someone with this experience will be able to hit the ground running. You need to be a driven sales person with the hunger to win more business, develop existing accounts, drive the team forward and develop key and long standing relationships. This is a great position for someone who works autonomously and can generate new ideas for themselves and the wider team to accelerate business growth alongside achieve commercial success. There are career growth prospects in this position for a candidate who showcases the ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.
