I am currently recruiting for an internaitonally renowned client of mine who are looking for a Global Consultancy Operations Manager to come on board.
They are a market leader and are looking to develop their internal learning offering with the addition of an in house designer. The content will be varied from technical topics surrounding the IT systems through to soft skills of senior management. They work on a global scale with multiple offices so it will provide the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and SME's.
There are 5 key responsibilities for the successful candidate in this role. The first is deployment which involves project management skills as you would be responsible for the implementation of products when a new customer is on board. The second is general consultancy and engagement where you would be working with account managees to coordinate work and scheduling for consultants. Strategic development and process building are also key requirements and responsibilities in this role as well as being involved with line management.
