Woodrow Mercer is currently seeking x2 Global Account Managers / Engagement Managers for a globally renowned management training consultancy. This is predominantly remote based.
This role is of great importance to my client and are looking for persons to be coming on board ASAP. Working with clients to deliver the agreed account targets for revenue, margins and customer experience. A deep understanding of the learning technologies industry is required to ensure an understanding of L&D landscape, people and prospects for the accounts at hand. You will also be required to convert accounts opportunities into sales and develop pipeline further.
Some of the key responsibilities in this position include being globally minded and highly collaborative with a strong and high level of customer focus. You need to have a proven track record in terms of global account management in a BPO or service industry and have the effective knowledge to generate and convert leads.
