Well how about a 6 Month FTC working as an Expenses Clerk for one of the UK's leading privately owned IT and business consultancy firms.
You will be part of an established Finance and Systems Team with extensive internal stakeholder engagement.
Here's what a typical day will look like:
- Check data on expense claims is accurate, complete and complies with corporate policy
- Ensure receipts are provided and where appropriate, VAT is identified and coded correctly
- Export data from expense management software for upload into Accounting/Banking systems
- Ensure all queries are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
- Where necessary communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure expenses are recorded accurately and within corporate policy
Is this you?
- At least 3 years working in a busy corporate environment
- Finance background/knowledge
- Microsoft Office - Excellent Excel skills
