If you have good excel skills and live around the North Huddersfield area this could be an ideal job for you. No experience is required for this Entry Level Finance Assistant role as training will be provided.
To give you an idea on some of the tasks you will be doing on a day to day basis:
- To raise all necessary Sales Ledger invoices for GP Practices on a monthly basis.
- Carry out any necessary credit control processes on GP Practice outstanding debt and ensure timely payment of invoices due.
- Handle any invoice queries from GP Practices and resolve in an efficient and timely manner.
- Liaise with the contact centre in order to provide an efficient service for GP Surgeries.
- Weekly banking of cheques and cash received.
- Petty Cash Input & Reconciliation
- Input Agency Purchase Orders
- Credit Card Postings
- Processing Expenses
- Assist payroll with analysis of data and processing for the pay period
