Job Description

eLearning Design, Learning Design, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Digital Learning Design, Storyboarding, Adobe Suite, LMS Administration, End to End Design, Articulate Storyline, Creative, Consultative, Eye for Design, 3D, Moodle, Totara, Passionate, Brand Adherence

I am working with an industry leader as they look to expand their internal learning team with the addition of an eLearning Designer.

The organisation are global industry leaders in security and systems, often creating the systems you'd see around airports and docks as a few examples. With the brand being as strong as they are in this remit, they have the newest systems and technologies that the market has to offer allowing you to create training on a variation of topics from highly technical through to health & safety, internal processes and soft skill topics. The learning academy at this organisation are set to grow, looking to expand into VR & AR in the forthcoming years to add to innovation and creativity when it comes to training design and development.

The role itself is an end to end learning design position with a focus on supporting any enquiries that come into the support inbox plus looking at creative design of courses that come in. You'll be working with Articulate Storyline and the Adobe Suite when creating content so experience on these tools would be preferred as well as experiencing administering and using a Moodle based LMS system.

This is a great role for someone who's passionate about the learning technology sector and wants to create learning on a variety of subject matters ranging in difficulty, being creative where possible but happy creating what is necessary depending on the course in front of them. You need to be up to date with the industry and its trends and technologies to be able to bring ideas and thoughts forward in how to develop the team. Relevant industry experience is not a necessity, but creative flair and ideas is important for potential candidates to have that are interested in this role.
